1. All visitors normal check-in time is right before 12.00 am. We reserved right to change to room status as vacancy if we have no signal or calling in to confirm the booking.

2. Cancellation fee 200 THB will be applied if any visitiors cancel the booking before 1 week from check-in date. We reserved right not to return the payment for any other cases.
